InTheFinals is operated by ASH IT Consulting Inc. When you create an account, we keep the basics needed to run the product — like your login details and the resume / interview setup you choose to save.

During a live session, you share your interview browser tab (for example in Chrome) so InTheFinals can hear the interviewer and suggest answers based on your saved experience. We do not need your microphone for that. Please do not upload confidential employer information you are not allowed to share.
